Yes, we hold current liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation. This is not always the case. Be careful who you hire.
You have the option to select a full-home clear out. If you opt-in, we box everything up and have a junk hauling company load and take away all unsold items and trash still left at the house, leaving your home empty. The junk hauling companies we use donate as much as they can so that it doesn’t end up in the landfill.
We work on commission from the sale and do not have a minimum fee. This puts us on the same team as we want to make as much money for everybody. Our commission is 45% depending on the amount and value of your items. You have the option to opt in/out for a full house clean out as an extra service. We may not be the cheapest company in town but we offer a much more curated experience and comprehensive service. We deliver on our promises and care about our clients, staff and customers.
