How Quick is the Process & When Can We Begin?

The shortest time frame is 2 weeks but our process can take longer, depending on the scale of the sale. ​Be sure to chat with your realtor about their preference of timing as it impacts how the house will show on the market – staged or empty.

What Types Of Items Can We Sell?

The best thing to do is to take what you need or love with you, and leave the rest to us! You’d be amazed what sells. We can sell anything from household chemicals to $10k paintings. We are equipped to handle it all.

Do I Need To Clean Or Organize?

No! As long as toilets are clean for our use, we will handle everything else. Leave the work to us! You have enough to handle.

Are You Insured?

Yes, we hold current liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation. This is not always the case. Be careful who you hire.

What Happens To Unsold Items?

You have the option to select a full-home clear out. If you opt-in, we box everything up and have a junk hauling company load and take away all unsold items and trash still left at the house, leaving your home empty. The junk hauling companies we use donate as much as they can so that it doesn’t end up in the landfill.

How Much Do You Charge?

We work on commission from the sale and do not have a minimum fee. This puts us on the same team as we want to make as much money for everybody. Our commission ranges from 40-45% depending on the amount and value of your items. You have the option to opt in/out for a full house clean out as an extra service. We may not be the cheapest company in town but we offer a much more curated experience and comprehensive service. We deliver on our promises and care about our clients, staff and customers.
